一种测定右旋糖酐原料含量的方法研究

摘要:

建立了右旋糖酐原料含量的检测方法,采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法进行检测。结果显示,在0.0161-0.0642mg/ml的浓度范围内线性良好,其线性方程为A=14.15C+0.0009,相关系数r=0.9997,平均回收率达100.5%。供试液2h内基本稳定。为右旋糖酐原料的含量检测提供了一种可行的检测方法,为进一步控制右旋糖酐原料质量增加了一种简单有效可控的检测项目,为修订右旋糖酐原料的国家标准提供参考。

Abstract:

An method for determining the content of dextran raw materials was established by anthrone sulfuric acid colorimetry. The results showed that the linearity was good in the concentration range of 0.0161-0.0642mg/ml. The linear equation was a = 14.15c + 0.0009, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.9997, and the average recovery was 100.5%. The test solution was basically stable within 2H. It provides a feasible detection method for the content detection of dextran raw materials, adds a simple, effective and controllable detection item for further controlling the quality of dextran raw materials, and provides a reference for revising the national standard of dextran raw materials.
