七星茶颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘要:

目的﹕建立控制七星茶颗粒中主要成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法﹕采用薄层色谱法对山楂、甘草、钩藤、薏苡仁进行定性鉴别。结果﹕所拟定的TLC色谱条件,分离效果佳,稳定性和重现性良好,专属性强,阴性无干扰,可用于产品的质量控制。结论﹕定性方法准确、简便,可供本品质量控制。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish a thin layer chromatography of the main ingredient in Qixingcha Granules. Methods: The TLC method was used to identify hawthorn,glycyrrhiza , Gouteng and Yiyiren. Results: The TLC spots were clear and reproducible, The method is simple,accurate and can be applitied to the control of the products effectively.
