本试验目的为探究提取工艺对合欢磁牡口服液质量的影响,通过不同的提取工艺、浓缩工艺及提取工艺验证试验处理后,检测合欢磁牡口服液中(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(C33H44O17)的含量。结果显示,煎煮次数C对提取工艺有极显著影响(P<0.01);煎煮时间B和加水量A对提取工艺无显著影响(P>0.05);而不同的温度浓缩对合欢磁牡口服液含量无显著差异(P>0.05);采用最佳工艺,C33H44O17的转移率平均值为72.37%,RSD为0.83%。因此,确定的最佳提取生产工艺为8倍量水,提取3次,每次煮沸1小时。 |

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this experiment was to expLore the effect of extraction technoLogy on the quaLity of Hehuancimu OraL Liquid. After different extraction, concentration and extraction process verification tests, the content of (-) - eugenoL - 4 - O - beta - D - furanin gLycosyL - (1 2) - beta - D - pyran gLucose (C33H44O17) in Hehuancimu OraL Liquid was determined. The resuLts showed that decocting times (C) had a significant effect on the extraction process (P<0.01); decocting time (B) and water addition (A) had no significant effect on the extraction process (P>0.05); and there was no significant difference in the concentration of Hehuangmu oraL Liquid at different temperatures (P>0.05); The average rate of C33H44O17 was 72.37% and RSD was 0.83% in optimum condition. Therefore, the optimum extraction process was determined as 8 times the amount of water, extracting 3 times and boiLing for 1 hour each time. |
