(目的)建立板芪口服液的质量标准。(方法)薄层色谱法(TLC)定性鉴别板芪口服液中的黄芪、丹参、黄芩与连翘;高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定板芪口服液中黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱:ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:280 nm。(结果)薄层色谱法(TLC)结果显示供试品色谱在与对照品、对照药材相应位置上显相同颜色斑点。HPLC结果显示黄芩苷的含量在0. 1531 g~1.225 μg(r=0.999)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.96%,RSD为1.29%。(结论)本方法操作简单,重复性、准确性好,精密度高,可作为板芪口服液的质量标准。 |

Abstract: |
(Objective)To establish the quality standard for Banqi Oral Liquid. (Methods)Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was performed to conduct qualitative identification of Astragali radix, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Scutellariae radix and Forsythia suspensa in Banqi Oral Liquid. The content of baicalin in Banqi Oral Liquid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Column used was ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm, mobile phase used methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2), the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 the detection wavelength was 280 nm. (Results)The chromatogram of the test sample in the thin layer chromatography (TLC) showed the same color spot on the corresponding position of the reference substance and the reference drug. The HPLC result about the content of baicalin showed that the linear range is from 0.1531 μg to 1.225 μg (r=0.999), there is a good linear relationship with the peak area. And the average recovery rate is 98.96% , RSD is 1.29%. And the average recovery rate is 98.96% , RSD is 1.29%. (Conclusion) The method is simple to operate, have high accuracy and precision in repeatibility, so can be used as the quality standard for the myocardial Kang oral liquid. |
