建立并验证了刺五加甘草颗粒中紫丁香苷含量的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 × 4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱;检测波长为265 nm;流速为1.0 ml/min;柱温为30 ℃。试验结果表明紫丁香苷进样浓度在0.01218 ~ 0.08120 mg/ml范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r = 0.9999),加样回收率在96.46% ~ 99.53%之间,平均回收率为98.4%(n=6),RSD为1.2%,。所建立的方法简便、准确度高、专属性强,可用于刺五加甘草颗粒中紫丁香苷含量的测定。 |

Abstract: |
The method for determination of the content of syringin in Acanthopanax Glycyrrhiza granules by HPLC was developed and validated. The analysis was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column(250×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The gradient mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water, and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The linear range of the calibration curves for syringin was 0.01218 ~ 0.08120 mg/ml (r = 0.9999), and the average recovery was 98.4% (n=6) with RSD of 1.2%. The method is simple and accurate with high specificity, which can be used to determine the content of syringin in Acanthopanax Glycyrrhiza granules. |
