本文通过系统梳理、综合分析国内外氨基糖苷类抗生素在动物源性食品中的残留检测方法研究进展,为完善我国食品安全监测体系、强化质量监管机制以及推动学术研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:

This article systematically combs through and comprehensively analyzes the current situation of aminoglycoside antibiotic residues in animal - derived food and the research progress of detection methods at home and abroad. It provides a reference basis for improving China"s food safety monitoring system, strengthening quality supervision mechanisms, and promoting academic research.
