摘要:

为了考察试制禽流感火麻油佐剂灭活疫苗的安全性和免疫效力,试验通过9 日龄SPF鸡不同剂量接种的安全性试验,以及对SPF鸡免疫0 w、3 w、4 w、5 w、8w、11 w、14w、17 w的血清学免疫效果检测。结果显示,安全性试验观察期内免疫鸡均无任何局部和全身不良反应,疫苗注射部位的肌肉组织和各脏器均无异常病理变化出现,疫苗吸收完全；免疫后4 w,免疫组鸡禽流感HI抗体平均效价达到高峰,低剂量组免疫效力不合格,中剂量组免疫期为14 w,高剂量组免疫期可达到17 w,疫苗保存期可达12个月。表明试制禽流感火麻油佐剂灭活疫苗对鸡免疫是安全且有一定效果。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the safety and immune efficacy of the trial production of inactivated avian influenza vaccine with hemp oil adjuvant, safety tests were conducted on 9-day-old SPF chickens inoculated with different doses, as well as serological immune efficacy tests on SPF chickens immunized with 0 w, 3 w, 4 w, 5 w, 8 w,11 w,14 w ,and 17 w.The results showed that during the safety trial observation period, there were no local or systemic adverse reactions in the immunized chickens, and there were no abnormal pathological changes in the muscle tissue and various organs at the injection site of the vaccine.Complete absorption of vaccine;After 4 weeks of immunization, the average titer of HI antibodies against avian influenza in the immunized group reached its peak. The low-dose group had an unsatisfactory immune efficacy, while the medium dose group had an immune period of 14 weeks and the high-dose group had an immune period of up to 17 weeks,the vaccine can be stored for up to 12 months.Indicating that the trial production of inactivated avian influenza vaccine with hemp oil adjuvant is safe and effective for chicken immunity.
