摘要:

本研究旨在评价10%阿莫西林可溶性粉对靶动物猪的安全性。选取24只70日龄健康生长的猪随机分为4组，每组6头。分别为I组（空白对照组）、II组（临床推荐剂量组，200 mg/kg B.W.）、III组（3倍临床推荐剂量组，600 mg/kg B.W.）和IV组（5倍临床推荐剂量组，1000 mg/kg B.W.）。采用混饮方式，连续给药10 d。在给药前和给药结束后采血进行血液学指标评估，在给药结束后和试验结束后屠宰I组和IV组试验猪进行尸体解剖学和组织病理学检查，同时每天对试验猪进行临床体征观察。结果显示，各试验组猪的临床症状未见异常，各组血液生理指标、血清生化指标差异均不显著（P>0.05）；同时尸体解剖学检查和组织病理学检查也未见任何异常病理改变。研究表明，阿莫西林可溶性粉不高于5倍临床推荐剂量时以混饮方式给药10 d，对靶动物猪无毒副作用，临床按推荐剂量给药是安全的。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety of 10% amoxicillin soluble powder for clinical use of target animals in pigs. 24 healthy pigs aged 70 days were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 pigs in each group, which were group I (blank control group), Group II (clinically recommended dose group, 200 mg/kg B.W.), Group III (three times of clinically recommended dose group, 600 mg/kg B.W.) and group IV (five times of clinically recommended dose group, 1000 mg/kg B.W.). The pigs in the experimental groups were administrated amoxicillin soluble powder in the drinking water for up to 10 days. Blood samples were collected for hematological index evaluation before and after administration, and the experimental pigs in groups I and IV were slaughtered after the end of administration and after the end of the experiment for cadaver anatomical and histopathological examination. Meanwhile, clinical signs of the experimental pigs were observed daily. The results showed that the clinical symptoms of pigs in each test group were normal. There was no significant difference in blood physiological indexes and serum biochemical indexes among the groups (P>0.05). At the same time, the cadaver anatomical and histopathological examination were found no any abnormal pathological changes. The study indicates that giving no more than 5 times the clinically recommended dose of amoxicillin soluble powder in the drinking water for up to 10 days has no toxic side effects on pigs, and it is safe to be administered at the recommended dose in clinical practice.
