抗焦虑药盐酸氯米帕明在犬猫临床上的应用

摘要:

盐酸氯米帕明作为三环类抗抑郁药，通过抑制中枢神经系统的5-羟色胺（5-HT）和去甲肾上腺素（NE）的再摄取，来提升这两种神经递质的水平，从而达到调节情绪、缓解抑郁、减轻焦虑的作用，具有吸收快、药效持久的特点。1998年，EMA的兽药委员会（CVMP）批准盐酸氯米帕明片用于犬分离焦虑症上市，这是该药首次应用于犬猫等宠物，目前盐酸氯米帕明尚未进入我国宠物药市场。本文就盐酸氯米帕明的作用机理及药代动力学特性、在犬猫临床上的应用、兽用剂型在国外的应用及开发前景进行综述，以促进该药在国内的研发与推广应用。

Abstract:

As a tricyclic antidepressant, clomipramine hydrochloride inhibits the reuptake of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and norepinephrine (NE) in the central nervous system to enhance the level of these two neurotransmitters, so as to achieve the effect of regulating mood, relieving depression and reducing anxiety. It has the characteristics of fast absorption and lasting efficacy.In 1998, Veterinary Medicines Committee (CVMP) of EMA approved clomipramine hydrochloride tablets for canine separation anxiety disorder, which was the first time this drug was used in dogs and cats and other pets, and this drug has not yet entered the pet medicine market in China.This article reviews the mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic characteristics of clomipramine hydrochloride, its clinical application in dogs and cats, and the application and development prospects of veterinary dosage forms in foreign countries, so as to promote the development and application of this drug in China.
