摘要:基于网络药理学和分子对接技术分析四逆汤的有效成分及其防治畜禽腹泻的作用机制,预测四逆汤组方中药干姜,附子,甘草的有效成分、作用靶点、靶点与腹泻靶点关系以及富集的通路。结果显示四逆汤可能通过美迪紫檀素、甘草酚、柚皮素、山奈酚、槲皮素等潜在活性成分,作用TP53、AKT1、STAT3等靶点,通过干预AGE-RACE,IL-17,TNF等抗炎相关通路在畜禽机体中发挥抗腹泻作用。 |

Abstract :Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology, the effective components of Sini Decoction and its mechanism of prevention and treatment of animal diarrhea were analyzed, and the effective components, action targets, the relationship between targets and diarrhea targets and enrichment pathways of Sini Decoction were predicted. The results showed that Sini decoction may act on TP53, AKT1, STAT3 and other targets through potential active ingredients such as Medilac, glycyrrhizin, naringenin, kaempferol and quercetin, and play an anti diarrhea effect in livestock and poultry by interfering with anti-inflammatory related pathways such as age-race, IL-17 and TNF. |
