鸡蛋中抗球虫药尼卡巴嗪残留的调查与分析

摘要:
尼卡巴嗪作为一种广谱高效的抗球虫药,在商品饲料和养殖过程中允许添加使用,目前已广泛应用于肉鸡养殖。但该药排泄缓慢,在鸡的组织和蛋中残留时间较长,给兽医公共卫生及人类健康带来了风险隐患。针对鸡蛋中尼卡巴嗪残留超标的问题,本文采取文献调查、实地考察、试验分析等方法对饲料生产企业和养殖企业进行调研。结果发现,饲料受尼卡巴嗪药物污染是鸡蛋药物残留的主要原因。本文通过梳理分析对鸡蛋中尼卡巴嗪残留问题提出防控措施,以期为蛋鸡养殖业高质量发展、保障鸡蛋食品安全提供参考。

Investigation and Analysis of Anticoccidial Nicarbazine Residues in Eggs
(Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Institute of Veterinary Drug Control)
Abstract:
As a broad-spectrum and efficient anticoccidial drug, nicarbazine is allowed to be added in commercial feed and breeding process, and has been widely used in broiler breeding currently. However, the drug is excreted slowly and remains in chicken tissues and eggs for a long time, bringing risks to veterinary public health and human health. In response to the problem of excessive nicarbazin residues in eggs, this paper adopts literature survey, fieldwork, experimental analysis and other methods to investigate feed production enterprises and breeding enterprises. The results showed that the feed contaminated by nicarbazine was the main cause of drug residues in eggs. This paper puts forward prevention and control measures to solve the problem of nicarbazin residues in eggs by combing and analyzing, in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of laying hens breeding industry and ensure the food safety of eggs.
