疫苗接种是家禽疾病防控最有效的策略之一,随着分子生物学的发展,重组DNA技术被广泛用于许多新型家禽疫苗的构建和生产中。就近年来常用的火鸡疱疹病毒、鸭瘟病毒、传染性喉气管炎病毒、禽痘病毒、新城疫病毒等活病毒载体疫苗研究进展进行综述,分析其临床应用、优缺点等,为开发更加安全有效的家禽活病毒载体疫苗提供参考。 |

Research Progress on Live viral-vectored Vaccines for Poultry |

Abstract: |
Vaccination is one of the main strategies for controlling and preventing viral infection in poultry. With the development of molecular biology, recombinant DNA technology has been used to generate many novel poultry vaccines. The review discusses the results of a few studies about recombinant viral vector, the clinical application and advantages of vector vaccines based on herpesvirus of turkey, duck enteritis virus, infectious laryngotracheitis virus, fowl pox virus, newcastle disease virus were analyzed. It is particularly important to further study safer and more effective poultry recombinant vector vaccines. |
