发酵中药复方制剂对鸡柔嫩艾美尔球虫病的疗效研究

摘要:

【目的】探讨发酵中草药对鸡柔嫩艾美尔球虫病的防治效果。【方法】将210只海蓝褐蛋公鸡随机分成7组,分别为对照组、模型组、西药组及0.5‰、1‰、2‰、4‰发酵中草药组。根据抗球虫指数、血清免疫等指标,对发酵中草药治疗鸡球虫病的效果进行评价。【结果】2‰发酵中药组鸡成活率100%,相对增重率为92.95%,OPG值为3.46,ACI为169.95,而西药组成活率96.7%,相对增重率为86.95%,OPG值2.18,ACI为154.62。另外2‰发酵中药组可以显著提高鸡的IgG含量和IL-12含量,提高免疫力。【结论】2‰发酵中草药组在7个试验组中抗球虫效果最好。

Abstract:

【Objective】To investigate the study of Chinese medicine fermented by lactobacillus on Chicken coccidiosis. 【Method】Two hundred and ten chickens were divided into seven groups that were positive control group, negative control group, western medicine group, Chinese medicine group. According to the rate of survival, OPG and ACI, to appraise the efficacy of medication administration team against chicken coccidiosis. 【Result】The results indicates that the rate of surival, the relative increasing weight rate, OPG and ACI of 2‰Chinese medicine group were 100%, 88.95%, 3.46, 164.95, that was better than the western medicine group(96.7%, 86.95%, 2.18, 154.62). In addition, 2‰Chinese medicine group can significantly increase the IgG content of chickens,improve IL-12 Content, improving immunity.【Conclusion】We thought that 2%Chinese medicine group had better efficacy than the western medicine group. Among the seven groups it was the best.
