摘要:

对8株副猪嗜血杆菌进行血清型鉴定,经鉴定均为血清4型。绘制细菌生长曲线,确定最佳扩大培养时间。用豚鼠攻毒实验对其中5株菌进行测毒,筛选出毒力最强的CVCC4355；通过记录发病豚鼠的临床症状和剖检病变,为建立副猪嗜血杆菌豚鼠免疫攻毒方法提供参考,为开展猪的攻毒保护实验奠定基础。

Abstract:

Eight strains of Haemophilus parasuis were identified as serotype 4. The growth curve of bacteria was drawn to determine the best time for expanding culture. Five strains were tested by guinea pig challenge test, and CVCC4355 was the most virulent strain. The clinical symptoms and pathological changes of infected guinea pigs were recorded to provide a reference for the establishment of immune challenge methods of Hemophilus parahauis guinea pigs, and to lay a foundation for the attack protection experiments of pigs.
