摘要:

全面系统描述了生产、经营、使用兽药或其他化合物违法行为中构成犯罪的情形。系统梳理、罗列出构成各种相关犯罪的法律、法规、规章等依据，并对不同犯罪情形适用的法律、法规、规章等条款逐一进行对应分析。通过本文，使兽药监管部门、检验机构和生产、经营、使用主体能够清晰了解并掌握在兽药生产、经营、使用过程中，什么违法情形能够构成刑事犯罪的知识，具有良好的警醒从业者和普法作用。

A comprehensive and systematic description of the situations in which the production, operation, and use of veterinary drugs or other compounds constitute criminal offenses.
