本研究旨在通过网络药理学探讨白龙散对仔猪腹泻的作用机制。运用网络药理学获得白龙散和仔猪腹泻的交集靶点,通过DAVID数据库进行GO功能分析和KEGG通路富集分析。结果显示,从白龙散方中筛选到32个活性化合物及相关靶基因642个,与仔猪腹泻相关疾病基因352个,获得活性成分与仔猪腹泻交集靶点有95个,经可视化分析筛选得到13个核心靶点。KEGG富集分析得到通路144条,GO分析得到生物过程189条、细胞组分19条、分子功能43条。本研究初步揭示了白龙散治疗仔猪腹泻的可能作用靶点和其作用机制,并为下一步深入探究、验证白龙散的作用机制奠定了基础。 |

Abstract: |
This study was aimed to investigate the mechanism of Bailong San in treating piglet diarrhea using network pharmacology. The common targets between Bailong San and piglet diarrhea were obtained and the relationships among them were analyzed. The GO function analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the potential targets from the intersection were performed through DAVID database. As a result, a total of 32 active compounds and 642 target genes of Bailong San were identified, and 352 target genes of piglet diarrhea were obtained. A total of 95 intersection target genes were got and key targets were confirmed after visual analysis. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that a total of 144 pathways were revealed, and GO analysis obtained 189 biological processes, 19 cellular components, and 43 molecular functions. The results revealed that the potential targets and the pharmacological effects of Bailong San in the treatment of piglet diarrhea. This study may provide a theoretical reference for further promoting the application of Bailong San. |
