基于网络药理学预测白龙散治疗仔猪腹泻的活性成分、潜在靶点和相关通路。分析结果显示,白龙散可能通过槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、山奈酚、小檗碱等活性成分作用TNF、MAPK14、VEGFA、IL16、CASP3等关键靶点,调节IL-17等信号通路来调控炎症反应和免疫应答从而发挥治疗仔猪腹泻的作用。 |

Abstract: |
To predict the active ingredients, potential targets and related signaling pathways of Bailongsan in the treatment of piglet diarrhea using network pharmacology methord.The analysis results showed that Traditional Chinese Medicine Bailongsan may play a role in the treatment of piglet diarrhea by acting on key targets such as TNF, MAPK14, VEGFA, IL16, CASP3 and regulating IL-17 signaling pathways through quercetin, β-sitosterol, kaempferol, berberine and other active ingredients. |
