板青败毒口服液的HPLC特征图谱研究

摘要:
为完善提升板青败毒口服液的质量标准,反相HPLC法建立板青败毒口服液特征图谱标识其中各种组分群体特征。采用Waters XBridge C18色谱柱(粒径为3.5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),以乙腈为流动相A相,以0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为240 nm。流速为1.2 mL/min,柱温为35℃。供试品色谱中呈现8个特征峰,并与对应的参照物色谱峰保留时间一致。该方法灵敏度高,专属性强,结果重复性好,节省了试剂、时间,操作简便、环保,可以更有效的对板青败毒口服液内在质量进行控制。

HPLC Characteristics Spectrum of Banqingbaidu Koufuye Research

Abstract:
The characteristic chromatogram of Banqingbaidu Koufuye was established by reverse phase HPLC to identify the population characteristics of each component. Waters XBridge C18 column (diameter 3.5μm, 4.6 mm×250mm) was used for gradient elution with acetonitrile as mobile phase A and 0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase B. The detection wavelength was 240nm. The flow rate was 1.2mL/min, the column temperature was 35℃, and the number of theoretical plates should not be less than 10000 according to the chlorogenic acid peak. There were 8 characteristic peaks in the chromatogram of the test product, and the retention time was consistent with that of the corresponding reference. The method has the advantages of large amount of information, strong specificity, good reproducibility, simple operation, environmental protection, saving reagents and time, and can more effectively control the quality of Banqingbaidu Koufuye
