摘要:

在国际形势和新冠疫情的影响下，中国畜牧养殖业面临新的挑战和压力，倒逼行业由高速发展向高质量发展转变。兽用生物制品产业是畜牧业健康发展的重要保障，如何立足新发展格局做好产业发展的转型和升级值得思考和探索。虽然我国兽用生物制品产业具有长足的发展空间，但还存在产业结构不合理、产品创新同质化、产品评测体系不够科学及市场竞争无序等隐患。针对上述现状，本文从提升产业创新能力、加强上下游产业链合作、提升产业数字化、加强生物安全防控、提升人才梯队建设等方面提出解决策略。

Abstract:

Under the impact of the international situation and the COVID -19 epidemic, animal husbandry industry of China is facing new challenges and pressures, forcing the industry to transfer from high-speed development to high-quality development. Veterinary biological products industry is an important guarantee for the healthy development of animal husbandry industry. It is worth to think over and explore how to successfully transform and upgrade the industrial development under the new pattern. There are still hidden dangers such as unreasonable industrial structure, homogeneity of product innovation, unscientific product evaluation system and disordered market competition, although China"s veterinary biological products industry has considerable development space. In view of the above situation, the coping strategies are proposed according to these aspects including improving the capacity of industrial innovation, strengthening the cooperation of upstream and downstream industry chain, promoting industrial digital, enhancing prevention and control of biological safety, promoting talent team construction in this article.
