Abstract: |
Phage display technology is an high-throughput peptide screening technique. This method is often used to determine target protein affinity and binding locations. It is also widely used in the preparation of monoclonal antibodies. Phage display technology has become a more potent and popular method for the manufacture of monoclonal antibodies since the introduction of next-generation sequencing and microfluidics. This article discusses the historical development of phage display technology, the classification of phages, the process of preparing monoclonal antibodies by phage display technology, and its application to the preparation of monoclonal antibodies, in order to provide a reference for related researchers. |
