基于网络药理学探讨马针颗粒治疗仔猪腹泻的作用机制

摘要:
利用网络药理学分析马针颗粒治疗仔猪腹泻的药效物质基础、靶点与调控通路。通过TCMSP、Drugbank数据库对马针颗粒组方药物的重要化合物与靶点进行筛选,再通过STRING、DAVID、BIOGPS数据库分析马针颗粒治疗腹泻的靶点、信号通路与归经。结果显示,马针颗粒通过甜菜甙、异甜菜素、花生四烯酸、β–胡萝卜素、槲皮素作用TP53、TNF、JUN、CASP3等靶点调节炎症、免疫来改善仔猪腹泻。

To explore the mechanism of Ma Zhen granule in the treatment of piglet diarrhea based on network pharmacology

Abstract:
Network pharmacology was used to analyze the pharmacodynamic substance basis, target and regulatory pathway of Ma Zhen granule in the treatment of piglet diarrhea. The important compounds and targets of Ma Zhen granule prescription were screened by TCMSP and Drugbank databases, and the target, signal pathway and meridian of Ma Zhen granule in the treatment of diarrhea were analyzed by STRING, DAVID and BIOGPS databases. The results showed that Ma Zhen granule can improve diarrhea of piglets by regulating inflammation and immunity through glucoside, isobetaine, arachidonic acid, β -carotene and quercetin by TP53, TNF, JUN and CASP3.
