摘要:

应用高效液相色谱技术，建立了饲料中孟布酮的检测方法。样品经乙腈提取后，通过WAX固相萃取柱净化；采用0.5%磷酸乙腈溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱，经C18色谱柱分离，通过二极管阵列检测器进行测定。在0.2～10 μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好，相关系数大于0.999。在0.2，0.4，2 mg/kg添加水平下，平均回收率为78.1%～90.6%，相对标准偏差均小于10%。检测限为0.06 mg/kg，定量限为0.2 mg/kg，该法准确、简单、快速。

Abstract:

A method of HPLC was developed to determine menbutone in feedstuff. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and separated by a WAX cation exchange chromatographic column . The HPLC separation was performed on C18 column with a linear gradient elution program of 0.5% phosphoric aci acetonitrile solution as the mobile phase. PDA was used for the selective detection . There was a good line correlation in the range of 0.2～10 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The average recorvery was78.1%～90.6% and RSD were both less than 10%. The limit of detection was 0.06 mg/kg and limit of quantification was 0.2 mg/kg. The method was accurate,convenient and fast.
