超声法与闪式提取法提取枳实总黄酮的工艺对比研究

摘要:
为优化枳实总黄酮的提取工艺,分别采用超声法和闪式提取法提取枳实总黄酮并比较。单因素试验考察提取溶剂浓度、料液比、时间和功率,正交试验优化最佳工艺。以枳实总黄酮(柚皮苷、新橙皮苷)提取率为指标,采用超快速液相色谱法测定枳实总黄酮含量以确定最佳提取方法。结果显示最佳工艺为:闪式提取法以50%乙醇为溶剂、料液比1∶70、提取3 min,提取率为18.65%。与超声法相比,闪式提取法省时、高效,更适合工业化生产,可为枳实在兽药领域的应用提供参考。

Comparison of Ultrasonic Extraction and Flash Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus

Abstract:
In order to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, ultrasonic extraction and flash extraction methods were compared. Single factor experiments were conducted for the optimization of the best factor conditions of the two methods. The factors included extrction solvents concetration, the material to liquid, time and power. Orthogonal tests were conducted for the optimization of the best extraction technologies. Ultra-fast liquid chromatograph was used to determine the contents of total flavonoids (naringin and neohesperidin) from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus. The best extraction technology of total flavonoids from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus was as follows: Aurantii Fructus Immaturus was extracted for 3 min with 50% ethanol and 1:70 (w/v) material-liquid ratio by flash extraction method. The extraction rate was 18.65%. Compared with ultrasonic extraction, flash extraction is more time-saving, efficiency and more suitable for industrial production. This can provide basis for the development of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus in veterinary medicine fields.
