动物源生物活性肽研究进展

摘要:
生物活性肽是指对生物体的正常生命活动具有良好生理作用的肽类化合物。生物活性肽具有良好的生理功能,包括了抗氧化、降血糖、降血压以及免疫调节等作用。生物活性肽的来源有很多种,其中动物源的生物活性肽是重要来源之一。动物源的生物活性肽具有丰富的生物学活性、极高的可食用安全性、良好的营养等特性以及广阔的发展前景。本文对动物源的生物活性肽的提取方法、结构鉴定、生物学功能、以及发展前景进行综述。

Research progress of bioactive peptides from animals

Abstract:
Bioactive peptides are polypeptide compounds that have good physiological effects on the normal life activities of organisms. Bioactive peptides have good physiological functions, including antioxidant, hypoglycemic, antihypertensive and immunomodulatory effects. There are many sources of bioactive peptides, among which animal derived bioactive peptides constitute an important part. Bioactive peptides from animals have broad prospects for development because of their rich biological activity, high edible safety and good nutrition. In this paper, the extraction methods, biological functions and development prospects of bioactive peptides from animals were reviewed.
