采用UPLC-PDA联合UPLC-MS/MS方法确证了未知药品中的卡那霉素。样品经提取稀释后,采用ACQUITY UPLC T3色谱柱为分离柱,UPLC-PDA初步筛查,再用正离子扫描,液相色谱串联质谱仪上机测定。结果显示,未知物确证是卡那霉素;样品检出限为0.1 μg/mL,定量限为0.2 μg/mL。本方法快速、灵敏、重现性好,适用于此批次未知药品中卡那霉素的检测。 |

Abstract: |
UPLC-PDA combined UPLC-MS/MS method was used to confirm kanamycin in unknown drugs. The sample was extracted and diluted, and the ACQUITY UPLC T3 chromatographic column was used as the separation column, UPLC-PDA preliminary screening, then positive ion scanning, liquid chromatography series mass spectrometer on the machine. The results showed that the unknown substance was kanamycin, the detection limit was 0.1μg/mL, the quantitative limit was 0.2μg/mL. This method is rapid, sensitive and reproducible, and is suitable for the detection of kanamycin in this batch of unknown drugs. |
