为了观察金银花、五味子、黄连、赤芍、鱼腥草对猪源大肠杆菌体外抑菌效果,测定其最小抑菌浓度,本实验采用平皿打孔法测定各中草药的抑菌圈直径,然后采用梯度稀释法测定各中草药抑制病原菌生长的最小抑菌浓度,结果表明金银花、五味子、黄连、赤芍、鱼腥草对猪源大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径(mm)分别为23.6、20.2、22.1、15.3、17.1,最小抑菌浓度(g/ml)分别为0.2、0.3、0.2、0.6、0.5,结论:金银花、五味子、黄连、赤芍、鱼腥草对猪源大肠杆菌体均有外抑菌效果,其中金银花,黄连,五倍子的抑菌效果最好,赤芍和鱼腥草抑菌效果不明显; |

Abstract: |
In order to observe the antibacterial effect of hHoneysuckle, sSchisandra chinensis, Ccoptis chinensis, Rradix Paeoniae Rubra and Herba?houttuyniaehouttuynia cordata on E.scherichia coli derived from pigs, and determine its minimum inhibitory concentration, In this experiment, the diameter of the bacteriostatic circle of each Chinese traditional medicine was determined by the method of plate drillingthis experiment uses the plate punch method to determine the diameter of the antibacterial circle of each Chinese herbal medicine,, and then uses a gradient Dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of each Chinese traditional herbal medicine to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria. The results showed that the diameter of inhibition zone (mm) of hHoneysuckle, Schisandra chinensis, Coptis chinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Herba Houttuyniae cordata against E.coli derived from swine were 23.6, 20.2, 22.1, 15.3, 17.1, minimum bacteriostatic concentration (g/ml) were 0.2, 0.3, 0.2, 0.6, 0.5. Conclusion: Honeysuckle, Schisandra chinensis, Coptis chinensis,, Radix Paeoniae RubraRadix Paeoniae, Herba?houttuyniae Houttuynia cordata have antibacterial effect on E.coli from pigs. Among them, H honeysuckle, Coptis chinensis and Sschisandra chinensis have the best bacteriostatic effect, and the bacteriostatic effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Herba Houttuyniae is not obvious; |
