一株羊源性枯草芽孢杆菌的筛选鉴定及安全性评价

摘要:
为了进一步鉴定、分析和评价从绵羊粪便中分离的一株芽孢杆菌,通过形态学观察、16S rDNA测序分析、耐酸性实验,以及小鼠灌胃和腹腔注射两种方式进行安全性评价。结果发现该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌;在适宜条件下,培养8 h可达到最大生长速度;在pH值为3.0时,长势良好;在15 d饲喂期间,小鼠生理活动正常,无死亡;各组小鼠主要脏器均未发现明显的病变,脏器系数也无显著差异。由此可知,该枯草芽孢杆菌具有良好的生物学特点,具有用于促进羊群生产的应用潜力。

Screening and Identification of a Sheep-Derived Bacillus subtilis and Assessment of Its Safety in Mice

Abstract:
In order to identify, analyze and evaluate a Bacillus strain isolated from sheep feces, morphological observation and 16S rDNA sequencing analysis, acid-bearing experiment were carried out. The animal security was tested by oral administration or by intraperitoneal injection in mice. The results showed that the isolated strain was Bacillus subtilis. Under suitable conditions, the maximum growth rate can be achieved after 8 hours. The strains had better performance on acid-bearing even pH=3.0. During the 15-day feeding experiment, the physiological activities of the mice were normal, and there was no death. There was no significant difference in the organ coefficients and no significant pathological changes were found in main organs between the experimental and control groups. Results from this analysis showed that this strain of Bacillus subtilis showed good biological properties, and has the potential to applying in sheep production.
