绵马贯众药材的快速多信息薄层鉴别方法研究

摘要:
为建立快速多信息薄层鉴别方法,采用薄层色谱,分别以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-浓氨试液(10∶1∶0.1)、环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(12∶2∶0.2)、三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨试液(4∶2∶4∶0.5)和三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨试液(1∶2∶4∶0.5)为展开剂,通过紫外光灯365 nm、254 nm、日光和灯光检视,共检出绵馬贯众脂溶性、中极性和水溶性成分斑点18个。该方法简便、快捷、实用,可多指标、快速控制绵马贯众药材的质量,辨别其真伪。

Abstract:
In order to establish a rapid and multi information identification method, a TLC method was used, a mixture of trichloromethane,ethyl acetate and strong ammonia solution(10∶1∶0.1), cyclohexane,ethyl acetate and formic (12∶2∶0.2), trichloromethane,ethyl acetate, methanol and strong ammonia solution(4∶2∶4∶0.5)and chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol, concentrated ammonia(1∶2∶4∶0.5)were used as the developer solution respectively, spots of dryopteridis crassirhizomatis rhizoma were viewed under UV 365nm, UV 254nm ,the daylight and the lights respectively . A total of 18 component spots of the liposoluble, the intermediate polar and water-soluble from Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis Rhizoma were observed. This method is simple, rapid and practical, which could control the quality of the medicinal materials quickly and identify the authenticity.
