博落回中四种生物碱的薄层鉴别研究

摘要:
建立博落回药材中四种生物碱的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。开展利用二甲苯-甲醇(5∶1)展开剂分离鉴别博落回中的原阿片碱、别隐品碱、血根碱和白屈菜红碱;利用氯仿-二甲苯-甲醇-氨水(50:10:1:0.1)展开剂分离鉴别博落回中血根碱和白屈菜红碱;利用环己烷-丙酮(3∶2)展开剂分离鉴别博落回中原阿片碱和别隐品碱的系统研究。结果表明建立的薄层方法简便,准确和稳定,可以用于控制博落回药材的质量。

Study on TLC identification of 4 alkaloids in Macleaya cordata and M. microcarpa

Abstract:
Established a thin-layer chromatography (TLC) method for the identification of 4 alkaloids in Macleaya cordata and M. microcarpa. To separate and identificate Protopine,Allocryptopine, Sanguinarine and Chelerythrine using xylene-methanol (5:1) as the developer; To separate and identificate Sanguinarine and Chelerythrine using chloroform-xylene-methanol-ammonia (50 :10:1:0.1) as the developer; To separate and identificate Protopine and Allocryptopine using cyclohexane-acetone (3:2) as the developer. The results showed that the established method is simple, accurate and stable, and can be used to control the quality of the medicinal materials.
