几种抗球虫药对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病疗效的对比分析

摘要:
为研究目前各种球虫药的抗药性提供参考价值。对试验鸡群混饲给药、自由采食,采用人工感染方式进行试验,设立药物组和对照组。药物组分成5组,受试药物添加剂包括1%海南霉素钠预混剂、12%盐霉素预混剂、20%莫能菌素预混剂、25%尼卡巴嗪预混剂、0.5%地克珠利预混剂。通过显示,这五种抗球虫药对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫都有效,海南霉素的MIC值最高,敏感性最好,其次是莫能菌素、尼卡巴嗪。

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of SeveralAnticoccidiosis Drugs on Eimeria tenella Infection in Chicken

Abstract:
It provides reference value for studying the resistance of various anticoccidiosis drugs. Chickens fed freely were tested by artificial infection and set into drug group and control group.The chickens were divided into 5 groups,fed drugs of 1% hainamycin sodium premix, 12% salamicin premix, 20% mononectin premix, 25% nicabazine premix and 0.5% diazuril premix.The results showed that all the five anti-coccidiosis drugs were effective for emetococcidiosis tender in chickens. The MIC value of hainamycin was the highest and the sensitivity was the best, followed by mononectin and nicarbazine.
