HPLC法同时测定麻杏石甘口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱及苦杏仁苷含量

Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephe-drine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Maxingshigan Oral Liquid by HPLC

摘要:

［］ 建立一种HPLC法同时测定麻杏石甘口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱及苦杏仁苷含量。 使用WatersC18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm,)色谱柱,样品经前处理后用初始流动相稀释,乙腈：磷酸盐缓冲液梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD),波长采集范围为 200～400 nm,记录色谱图波长为 210 nm,流速为 1 mL/min,进样量为10μL。结果表明,盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.5～200μg (R<sup>2</sup>= 0.9993,,R<sup>2</sup> = 0.9997)、苦杏仁苷在5～200μg (r<sup>2</sup>=0.9992)呈良好的线性关系；平均加样回收率分别为92.16%,92.03%,90.24% (n= 6),RSD分别为0.53%1.08%、3.20%。本方法简单、准确、重复性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:

A detection method of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Maxingshigan Oral Liquid. It was established by HPLC.Samples directly diluted by mobile phase (acetonitrile:0.2% phosphoric acid solution )with gradient elution, High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector.Photodiode array detector wavelength range was 200 ～ 400 nm,The recorded wave length was 210 nm, The flow rate was 1mL / min, The injection volume was 10mL.Ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin was linear within the range of 0.5～200μg/mL(R<sup>2</sup>=0.9993,R<sup>2</sup>= 0.9997),and 0.5～200μg/mL (R<sup>2</sup>=0.9992) respectively.The recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdin was 92.16% and 92.03.% and 90.24% with RSD of 0.53% and 1.08% and 3.20% (n= 6),respectively. The method was accurate and simultaneous analysis, which can be provided a reliable way for the quality control f Maxingshigan oral liquid.
