高效液相色谱法测定蒲地蓝消炎颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

摘要:
为了测定蒲地蓝消炎颗粒中黄芩的含量。方法:采用C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),在室温下,以甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液(45:55)为流动相,以280nm为检测波长,流速为1.0ml/min,建立了高效液相色谱测定方法学。结果:黄芩苷在10.08~151.2μg/ml范围内线性关系良好, R2 =0.9999,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.03%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,可用于控制蒲地蓝消炎颗粒中黄芩的含量。

Abstract:
Objective:To determine the content of scutellaria baicalensis in putilan Anti-inflammatory granules.Method: Using C18 column(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),At room temperature, methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid solution (45:55) was used as the mobile phase, The detection wavelength was 280nm, The flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, A HPLC method for determination was established. Result:The results showed, Baicalin had a good linear relationship in 10.08 ~ 151.2 in the range of igg /ml, R2 =0.9999, The average recovery rate was 99.8% and RSD 1.03%. Conclusion:This method is accurate, simple and fast, and can be used to control the content of scutellaria baicalensis in putilan Anti-inflammatory granules.
