高效液相色谱法测定蒲地蓝消炎颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

摘要:

为了测定蒲地蓝消炎颗粒中黄芩的含量。方法：采用C18柱（5μm，250mm×4.6mm），在室温下，以甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液（45：55）为流动相，以280nm为检测波长，流速为1.0ml/min，建立了高效液相色谱测定方法学。结果：黄芩苷在10.08～151.2μg/ml范围内线性关系良好, R2 =0.9999,平均回收率为99.8%，RSD为1.03%。结论：本方法准确、简便、快速，可用于控制蒲地蓝消炎颗粒中黄芩的含量。

Abstract:

Objective:To determine the content of scutellaria baicalensis in putilan Anti-inflammatory granules.Method: Using C18 column（5μm，250mm×4.6mm），At room temperature, methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid solution (45:55) was used as the mobile phase, The detection wavelength was 280nm, The flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, A HPLC method for determination was established. Result:The results showed, Baicalin had a good linear relationship in 10.08 ~ 151.2 in the range of igg /ml, R2 =0.9999, The average recovery rate was 99.8% and RSD 1.03%. Conclusion:This method is accurate, simple and fast, and can be used to control the content of scutellaria baicalensis in putilan Anti-inflammatory granules.
