UPLC-PDA法测定杨树花口服液中非法添加物黄芩苷

摘要:
建立了杨树花口服液中非法添加物黄芩苷检测的UPLC-PDA方法。样品经提取稀释后,采用ACQUITY UPLCTM HSS T3色谱柱为分离柱,二极管阵列检测器上机测定。结果显示,黄芩苷在0.5~100ug/mL的范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.999);样品检出限为0.05mg/mL,定量限为0.1mg/mL。在0.1、0.2、0.4、0.6mg/mL添加水平的回收率为95%~105%,批内批间变异系数均小于10%。本方法快速、灵敏、重现性好,适用于杨树花口服液中非法添加黄芩苷的检测。

Abstract:
A mothod was established for determination of illegal additives of baicalin in Yangshuhua Koufuye by UPLC. The samples were extracted,and then the diluted sample solution was analyzed by UPLC-PDA, with ACQUITY UPLCTMHSS T3 as the analytical column. The results showed that the linear relationship was better in the range of 0.5~100μg/mL (r2=0.999). The detection limit was 0.05mg/mL,and the quantitation limit was 0.1mg/mL. Added at the level of 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6mg/mL recovery rate was 95% ~ 105%, the intra and inter assay coefficients of variation were less than 10%.The mothod was rapid, reliable, sensitive and reproducibility, adapts to the determination of baicalin in yangshuhua koufuye .
