| 头孢洛宁是一种头孢菌素类抗生素，临床主要用于治疗和预防由葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌等致病菌引起的干乳期奶牛乳房炎，具有抗菌谱广，杀菌力强，毒副作用低，安全性高、药效持久等优点。文章概述了头孢洛宁的理化性质、作用机理及抗菌活性、药效学、药动学、残留及其检测方法、毒性及不良反应，以期为该兽药在临床应用提供参考。 |

| Cephalonium was a cephalosporin, which was used to prevent and treat cow mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococus, Escherichia coli and other pathogens during the non-lactating period in clinic. Cephalonium had the advantages of broad antibacterial spectrum, strong bactericidal activity, low toxicity, high safety and lasting effect．In the paper, Physico-chemical properties, action mechanism, antibacterial activity, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, residues and detection methods, toxicity and adverse reaction were summarized in order to provide reference for reasonable application of cephalonium in clinic. |
