不同动物高免血清对猪肺炎支原体的代谢抑制作用研究

摘要:
研究5种常见试验动物制备的高免阳性血清对猪肺炎支原体的代谢抑制作用,并验证特异性抗体是否为代谢抑制作用的主要物质。选用了猪、兔、鸡、小鼠和豚鼠5种试验动物,使用猪肺炎支原体抗原制备高免阳性血清,并测定其对猪肺炎支原的代谢抑制效价。从兔高免血清中纯化特异性抗体后,再次测定其代谢抑制价,比较该效价是否发生变化。5种试验动物高免血清对猪肺炎支原体的代谢抑制价分别为0、104、103、105、102,纯化后的兔抗猪肺炎支原体的抗体仍可抑制猪肺炎支原体的生长,代谢抑制价没有明显变化。不同动物制备的高免血清对猪肺炎支原体的代谢抑制价不同,代谢抑制作用的主要作用物质为特异性抗体;首次证明病原靶动物---猪的高免抗血清对猪肺炎支原体没有代谢抑制作用,其他支原体是否也表现为对靶动物(或人)抗血清的耐受性还有待进一步的实验证明。

Abstract:
To study the metabolic inhibitory potency of the hyperimmune positive serum against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (Mhp) from different experimental animals, and determine the specific antibody whether or not the base substance of the metabolic inhibition of Mhp.[Method] Five kinds of experimental animals, include pig, rabbit, chicken, mice and guinea pig were immuned repeatedly with cultures of Mhp to prepared hyperimmune sera, and determine their metabolic inhibition potency to Mhp. The purified specific antibody from rabbit hyperimmune sera was used for the potency determination,too. [Results] The results showed that the metabolic inhibitory potency to M. hyo of the hyperimmune serum from five kinds of experimental animal were 0, 104, 103, 105 and 102, respectively. The purified specific antibody could inhibit the growth of Mhp, and the potency was 102. [Conclusion] The metabolic inhibitory potency to Mhp of the hyperimmune serum from different animals were different. The main effective material of metabolic inhibition was the specific antibody. The agent target animal --- pig’s hyperimmune antiserum against Mhp could not inhibit the growth of Mhp. Whether or not that the other mycoplasma has the tolerance to antiserum from target animals (or human) needs to be further studied.
