党参多糖口服液对大鼠的长期毒性研究

摘要:

为了解长期使用党参多糖口服液对机体的毒性反应,以便指导临床长期用药的安全性。给大鼠灌胃给药党参多糖口服液,在给药4周和停药2周内,观察大鼠一般行为活动等情况,进行血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,考察党参多糖口服液给药的长期毒性。结果显示,各组大鼠在给药期间和恢复期内, 大鼠一般情况和行为活动、粪便等均无异常变化,血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,均无明显变化。因此,连续大鼠灌胃给药党参多糖口服液未见明显毒性反应,说明党参多糖口服液具有较高的临床用药安全性。

In order to understandStheStoxicSreactionSandSdegree on organism ofSrats by long-term useSof Codonopsis pilosula Polysaccharide Oral Liquids,Sso as to we can guide theSlongterm clinicalSmedicationSsafety.SRats were givenSCodonopsis pilosula Polysaccharide Oral Liquids by intragastrical administration,Sat the end of 4 weeks and within 2 weeks, observing theSgeneralSbehaviourSof rats,Susing techniquesSof hematology and biochemical experimental,SinvestigatingStheSlong-term toxicity of Codonopsis pilosula Polysaccharide Oral Liquids.SThe results showed that the general conditions, activities and Sfaeces of the rats thatSboth in theSdosing periodSand recoverySperiod had no abnormal change, hematology, biochemical experiment andSpathological examination ofSmainSorgans had no obvious abnormal change.STherefore,ScontinuousSintragastrical administrationSof Codonopsis pilosula Polysaccharide Oral LiquidsShad no obviousStoxicity,Swhich showed the Codonopsis pilosula Polysaccharide Oral LiquidsSwere safety.
