芩红乳房灌注液提取工艺研究

摘要:

抗生素的药物残留和抗药性问题,正逐渐引起人民的关注,而中草药毒副作用较小,残留少,并且许多中草药还具有很好的免疫调节作用,因此被研究学者广泛关注。灌注剂,给药方式独特,局部用药起效更快,减少全身毒副作用,且对药物浪费比较少。芩红乳房灌注液主要用于治疗奶牛乳房炎,具有化瘀止痛、消肿通乳的功效。本研究通过正交试验,选择较适宜的溶媒、加水量、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数等,确定芩红乳房灌注液的最佳提取工艺,为芩红乳房灌注液的生产和临床应用奠定基础。

Abstract:

Drug residues and drug resistance problem of antibiotic has gradually aroused people"s attention, while Chinese herbal medicine has less side effects, less residue, and many herbs also had good immunomodulatory effect, so it was widly attentioned by scholars. The Perfusate had a unique way of giving medicine, , faster onset and reduction systemic side effects of drugs, and waste less. Qinhong Rufang Guanzhuye was mainly used to treat the mastitis in dairy cows, had the function of removing blood stasis and relieving pain, swelling and lactogenesis. This research through the orthogonal experiment, the optimum choice appropriate solvent, the amount of water, extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times, determined the best extraction process of Qinhong Rufang Guanzhuye. These tests laied the foundation for production and clinical application of Qinhong Rufang Guanzhuye.
