目的 为验证本公司生产的阿维菌素类药物化学发光免疫试剂盒的检测效果。方法 用化学发光微粒子免疫法和液相色谱-质谱法对牛肝、牛肉样品中阿维菌素类药物残留量进行检测,比对2种方法试验结果间的差异。结果 结果表明:这种试剂盒标准曲线IC50值的波动范围为14.805~26.235ng/L,对牛肝、牛肉样品在2、4、8μg/kg3个水平的做加标回收试验,其回收率均在95.25%~104.55%之间,变异系数CV均小于15%,对牛肝、牛肉样品的最低检测限分别为1.463ng/kg、1.392ng/kg;这种方法与液相色谱-质谱法检测实际样品的阴、阳性判断结果一致。结论 这种方法稳定、可靠,可满足现场快速检测动物组织中阿维菌素类药物残留的需要。 |

Detection of Avermectins Residues in Pork by Using Chemiluminescence immunoassay kit |

Abstract: |
Objective To verify the test effect of the Company"s production of Avermectins Chemiluminescence immunoassay kit. Methods The method of chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect the residues of Avermectins in beef liver and beef samples, and compared the difference between the two methods of test results. Results The results showed that the kits fluctuation range of the standard curve with IC50 value of 14.805~26.235ng/L, the recovery of the method 2、4、8μg/kg 3 levels was in the range of 95.25%~104.55%, and the coefficient of variation CV was less than 15%, the minimum detection limitation of the kit for the beef liver and beef were 1.463ng/kg and 1.392ng/kg; The method’s judgments of positive and negative were the same as LC-MS’s. Conclusion This method was efficient, reliable and sensitive, and could can meet the on-site rapid detection of animal tissue and urine sulfonamides residues needs. |
