新型免疫检测方法在五种寄生虫疾病诊断中的应用进展

摘要:
新型寄生虫免疫检测方法因使用优质抗原与抗体并辅以新型免疫学检测技术而较常规的检测方法具有明显优势。对血吸虫、疟原虫、肝吸虫、囊尾蚴、粘孢子虫这五种寄生虫病的新型免疫学检测方法进行了综述,介绍了一些新型检测技术以及试剂盒效果,为寄生虫免疫学检测提供参考。

Abstract:
New parasite immune detection methods have obvious advantages than conventional detection methods because of the usage of advanced new quality of antigen and antibody while supplement with new immunological detection technology. New immune methods for detection of schistosome,plasmodium,clonorchiasis,cysticercus and myxosporean have been Summarized,effectiveness of new immune detection technology and kits are introduced in order to provide reference for parasite immune detection.
