美洛昔康注射液对犬髋关节发育不良的镇痛作用研究

摘要:

为了考察美洛昔康注射液的镇痛效果，本试验选择自然发病的髋关节发育不良犬，用美洛昔康注射液和阳性对照药替泊沙林片进行相应的治疗，观察其临床疗效。选择步态、爬高、针刺腹部皮肤痛感为主要评价指标，以体温、呼吸频率、心率和采食率作为辅助指标，以期评价其疗效和安全性。结果表明，试验药物组犬的运步评分与对照组无明显差异；爬高评分在用药后第2天两组即有所升高，第5天试验药物组显著高于对照组；针刺腹部皮肤痛感评分在用药后第4、5天两组的数值无显著差异，其他时间试验药物组低于对照组；用药后两组犬的体温（37.5~39℃）、呼吸频率（20~40次/分钟）和心率（80~120次/分钟）均在正常范围内，采食率变化轻微。结论认为，皮下注射美洛昔康注射液，首次0.2mg/kg·bw，维持剂量0.1mg/kg·bw，每天一次，连用7天，可有效控制疼痛，且无明显副作用。本研究不但为临床合理用药提供了试验依据，而且为非甾体类药物临床疗效评价指标的选择提供了参考，为研发新的非甾体药物奠定了基础。

Abstract:

To investigate the efficacy of meloxicam injection to reduce the pain of dog. The experiment select dogs which suffered dysplasia of hip joint naturally, then use meloxicam injection and positive control medicine Tepoxalin Lyothilysate to conduct relevant treatment, to observe its clinical efficacy. Select gait, climb, skin of abdomen pain of needling as the major evaluation index, temperature, respiratory rata, heart rate and feed intake frequency as the supplementary index, study the efficacy and safety. The result indicates that, the gait score of dogs from test article group and control group have no significant difference. Climb score of the two group are all rised on day two, exceed control group significantly on day five. Skin of abdomen pain of needling score have no significant difference on day four and five, but below the control group on other days. The temperature（37.5~39℃）, respiratory rata（20~40rate/min）, heart rate（80~120rate/min）are all within normal limits, feed intake frequency changes slightly. So conclusion considers that administration of the recommended therapeutic dose of meloxicam injection can control pain effectively, and no obvious side effect.
