采用组织学,形态学观察和分子生物学方法对2014年沈阳地区7个患有呼吸系统疾病的育肥牛场送检病料进行病理组织学观察及病原的分离鉴定。进一步对分离菌进行动物致病性试验和药物敏感性试验。结果显示,肺脏病理切片均可见大量红细胞、粒细胞及少量成纤维细胞浸润并有局部呈丝网状纤维素样变;所有病料均分离到牛荚膜血清A型多杀性Pm,且均具有致病性;药敏试验结果显示,分离菌株已对阿米卡星、新诺明等药物耐药,对氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星等药物较敏感。 |

Abstract: |
Isolate and identify the pathogenic from the beef cattle farms which suffered from bovine respiratory disease in Shenyang area in 2014 according to the histopathological, morphology observation and molecular biology method. Further research by the mouse pathogenicity and drug sensitive test. The results indicated that all the lung paraffin section confirmed the lesions were infiltrated by a largenumber of red and granulocyte cells, a particle of fibroblast cells. And all the isolates were identified as capsular serotype A P.multoceda. Drug sensitive test |
