| 对保存于中国兽医微生物菌种保藏管理中心的4个不同年代（1991年4月、1996年6月、2001年1月、2006年12月）冻干的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）M41株毒种进行了对雏鸡的毒力和病毒含量测定试验，结果表明：4个不同保存年代的IBV M41株毒种均能使雏鸡100%出现鸡传染性支气管炎典型症状，病毒含量均≥106.0 EID50/0.1 mL。其中一支毒种在-70 ℃以下保存22年11个月，其毒力和病毒含量均符合《中华人民共和国兽用生物制品规程》（二〇〇〇年版）规定，能够满足检验需求。本试验为探寻IBV M41株毒种更加合理的保存期提供了参考。 |

| Preservation Period Test of Master Seed Virus of Infectious Bronchitis Virus Strain M41 |

| Abstract: |
| The virulence on chicks and virus titers of four batches of master seed virus of infectious bronchitis virus strain M41, stored at temperature of -70 ℃ in China Veterinary Culture Collection Center in different ages (1991.4, 1996.6, 2001.1, 2006.12) were tested. The results indicated that all of the chicks inoculated with four batches of virus showed the typical symptoms of avian infectious bronchitis. The virus titers were all above 106.0 EID50/0.1mL. The virulence and virus titers of master seed virus of infectious bronchitis virus strain M41, stored at temperature of -70 ℃ for 22 years and 11 months, complied with the veterinary biological products regulation of the People’s Republic of China. The viruses meet the requirements of test. This laid the foundation of finding a more scientific preservation period of IBV strain M41. |
