微酸性电解水对污染鸡笼的模拟消毒试验

摘要:
本文研究模拟了环保型消毒剂微酸性电解水在鸡粪干扰下对运输鸡笼的灭菌效果,并探索了消毒时间(10-40 s),清洗时间(5-20 s)及有效氯浓度(15-70 mg/l)这三个因素对杀菌效果的影响,结果表明,微酸性电解水在鸡粪干扰下,对沙门氏菌的杀灭效果随着三因素的增加而增加,且增加趋势由明显到趋于平缓。在清洗时间10s ,消毒时间30s,有效氯浓度70mg/l时,其对沙门氏菌的最大杀灭对数值可达到3.26 log10 CFU/g,杀灭效果明显。微酸性电解水作为廉价环保型消毒剂,在畜禽养殖领域将具有极大应用潜力。

Abstract:
To evaluate the disinfection effectiveness of slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW, pH 5.85 –6.53), for inactivating Salmonella enteritidis on the surface of transport plastic chick cage, and to determine the effect of available chlorine, treatment time and tap water cleaning time on bactericidal activity of SAEW. The effects of the SAEW treatment times (10-40 s), tap water cleaning times (5-20 s) and the available chlorine concentration ACC (15-70 mg/l) on Log reductions of Salmonella enteritidis on plastics were investigated. The efficiency of SAEW for inactivation of S. enteritidis increased with increasing ACC, treatment time and cleaning time. A 3.26 log10 CFU/g reduction of S. enteritidis was achieved by SAEW treatment after tap water cleaning. The result shows the potential of SAEW in disinfection of bacterial cells on transport plastic chick cage without environmental pollution.
