| 本文以托曲珠利为原料合成了帕那珠利粗品,用冰乙酸、丙酮和乙醇为溶剂四次重结晶制得帕那珠利精制品,分别用HPLC、DSC和凯氏定氮测定法验纯。帕那珠利精制品纯度为98.3%,并用制备型HPLC制得帕那珠利的色谱纯品。 |

| Synthesis, refining and purity study of Ponazuril |

| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the coarse product of Ponazuril was synthesized by Toltrazuril’s crude material and then got purified product of Ponazuril by recrystallizing it four times with ice acetic acid, acetone and ethanol as solvent. HPLC, DSC and Kjeldahl method were used to test the purity of the above refined product. The purity of refined Ponazuril product was 98.3%, and then obtained the pure Ponazuril product with prep-HPLC. |
