| This review was to give an introduction of the alternatives to animal experiments, including the meaning and development. Besides,this paper provides an overview of the current state of its application to the veterinary vaccine evaluation, for which the reduction of animal use, the serologic assays and the quantification of antigens are three main methods in use. |
