戊二醛癸甲溴铵溶液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果研究

摘要:

以大肠杆菌（E.Coli.）和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.A)为杀菌对象，按照常规消毒剂的标准，评价了戊二醛癸甲溴铵溶液（JM）的消毒效果，同时选择国外同类产品（FG）作对照。结果表明：当JM 1:700稀释时，其对E.Coli.的杀菌率为99.96%；而FG则降至93.00%。当JM在1:1000稀释时，对S.A.的杀菌率为99.86%；而FG仅为82.04%。当两种消毒剂分别按1:128稀释时，JM对E.Coli. 杀菌率达100%时仅需2 min，而FG则需要5min才能达到同样的效果。对S.A的杀灭试验则显示出同样的规律。综上所述，新研制的戊二醛癸甲溴铵溶液杀菌效果明显优于国外同类产品，且成本低，值得推广应用。

Abstract:

The effects of the newly developed disinfection consisting of Glutaral and Deciquam Solution (JM) were performed on by using Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus for on objects according to the testing standard of disinfectant routine, while selecting similar foreign products (FG) as a control. The results demonstrate that: When the two disinfectants were diluted at 1:700. JM’s disinfection rate against Escherichia coli was higher more than 99.96% as well as the FG was only 93.00%. When JM was diluted at 1:1000, the sterilization rate was 99.86% against Staphylococcus aureus, while the FG was less than 82.04%. Furthermore, when the two kinds of disinfectants against Escherichia coli were diluted at 1:128, the bactericidal rate by JM was owned by 100% in 2 min, whereas FG for 5min to achieve the same results. The above results confirm that the newly developed Glutaral and Deciquam Solution bactericidal effect was significantly better than comparable foreign products, and has a price advantage, worthy of promotion.
