hTERT永生化细胞的研究进展及应用前景

摘要:
人端粒酶逆转录酶基因(hTERT)诱导的永生化细胞兼具原代细胞的生物学特性和传代细胞系连续传代的能力,是一种理想的细胞来源,在基础研究、临床应用和生物工程领域具有无可比拟的优势。本文主要就hTERT永生化细胞的研究进展及应用前景作一综述。

Abstract:
Immortalized cells induced by human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) are ideal cell source for their biological specificity of primary cell line and infinite proliferative capacity of passage cell line. They have shown superior advantage in fundamental research, clinical application and bioengineering. In this review, we introduced research progress and application prospect of immortalized cells induced by hTERT.
