水环境中致病微生物活的非可培养状态研究进展

摘要:
细菌的“活的非可培养状态(VBNC)”是指细菌在不良环境下形成的一种特殊状态。常规检测方法不能检测出此状态下的细菌,给食品安全、公共卫生带来了隐患。现已发现的VBNC状态细菌大多数是水生细菌,包括很多种致病菌。现对近些年水环境中致病微生物VBNC状态的形成与检测、生物学特性及复苏的研究现状进行综述,希望能够对VBNC状态水生致病微生物引起疾病的防治起到积极作用。

Progress in Research on Viable but Non-culturable State of Pathogenic Microorganism in Water Environment

Abstract:
Bacteria may form the exceptional and “viable but non-culturable(VBNC)” state under the malnourished environment. The VBNC state of bacteria may not be detected by conventional detection method, bringing hazards to the food safety and public health. Most of the VBNC bacteria which have been discovered now are commonly aquatic bacteria, including many kinds of pathogenic bacteria. This paper describes the research of formation, detection, biological characteristics and recovery of pathogenic microorganism in water environment, which may play a positive role in prevention and control of diseases caused by the VBNC state of pathogenic microorganism.
