摘要:

甲病毒属于披膜病毒科,是一类有包膜的单股正链RNA病毒。近些年来,国内外有关甲病毒载体的研究非常活跃,其已被用于疫苗研究、基因治疗以及分子生物学研究。本文分别对三种不同类型的甲病毒载体的基本原理和特点及其应用作一综述。

Abstract:

Alphaviruses belong to the family of Togaviridae, they are encapsulated by a capsid protein and possess single strand plus RNA. In recent years, the domestic and foreign research on alphavirus-based vectors is active and the alphavirus-based vectors have been used for vaccine research, gene therapy and molecular biology research. In this review, the basic principle and characteristics of three different alphavirus-based vectors and their application are discussed.
