摘要:

为满足重大动物疫病疫苗二维码追溯工作中的数据采集工作,解决口蹄疫产品批量大、手工逐瓶采集操作困难的问题,我公司利用现有分装线,进行自动化采集系统改造的摸索,通过热转印技术,经过近一年的技改与调试,实现了适合我公司生产现状的二维码数据在线自动化采集,每分钟可达120瓶,为其他疫苗产品生产线的自动化改造提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to do well in pilot projects for tracing system of veterinary drug products, solve the problem of volume-production and complicated artificial operation, our company make full use of the existing packaging line and reform the automatic acquisition system, Through the thermal transfer technology, after nearly a year of technical renovation and debugging, through continuousSSsummarizing the existing problems, we achieved the goal of automatic data collection in packing 120 bottles, accumulated precious experience for other foot and mouth disease vaccine production line.
